While advance bookings are recommended (especially on weekends and holidays), we do accept last-minute requests based on driver availability. The earlier you book, the better we can guarantee your preferred pickup time.
Yes — a $30 deposit (equal to the pickup fee) is required when you book to confirm your ride. This deposit is applied directly to your total fare. Your card is kept on file and the remaining balance is charged upon ride completion. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup are non-refundable.
Absolutely. All of our drivers hold valid G-class licenses, undergo background checks, and are fully insured. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
No problem. We can accommodate multiple stops along your route. Just let us know when booking and we'll factor in the additional distance. Each extra stop is calculated at the same $2/km rate.
Yes! We're popular for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, sports events, and any occasion where you'd rather not worry about driving. We also offer group rates for multiple vehicles at the same event.
Our drivers are experienced with all standard passenger vehicles — sedans, SUVs, trucks, minivans, and luxury vehicles. If you have a specialty or oversized vehicle, let us know when booking so we can assign an appropriate driver.
